The reading for today is taken from the letter to the Hebrews. This is a program that the Holy Spirit kept me waiting until the last moment. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we must postpone our scheduled banquet for January 26, 1997. This means that the Children's ceremony will also be postponed. From the Lord's point of view, it will give the youngsters more time to practice their chastity play. For us however, it is a major disappointment. As soon as we are able to make other arrangements, we will let you know. Please, I beg you to storm Heaven with your prayers for this ministry and the success of our endeavors.

We are still preparing a booklet to commemorate our first banquet and we will be able to accept your ads. The requested donation for an ad is: $25.00 for a quarter page; $50.00 for half a page; and $100.00 for a full page. The ad can include a message and/or picture or memorial to your loved ones. Our mission at "Heart to Heart" is: "All for the glory and honor of God: and the salvation of souls." Your purchase of an ad will enable this ministry to continue. The letter we received from the Cardinals office, assuring us of his prayers for our ministry, will be included in the booklet.

While I am restrained from asking you for money, I must let you know that we need funds if we are to continue on the air. Your help is greatly appreciated. The form to request tax exempt status requires a $450.00 fee be paid in advance. There is also the air time which must be purchased. We pray that the messages we have brought to you have touched your soul and allowed you to grow in your love for God. Mother Angelica asks that you place her between you gas and electric bills, I would ask that you place us between your phone and water bills. The only sponsors we have are your generosity. We offer a special "thank you," to Joyce who has sponsored this weeks program.

There has been a problem with the mailings for the letters of thanks, which also include a receipt for tax purposes. God willing this will be corrected soon. Thank you for your patience.

There is still one week during February in need of a sponsor.

The name of the person who contributes towards a program or month can be announced as the sponsor, if they so desire. A contribution of $45.00 will sponsor half a program while $90.00 will sponsor the entire program. To sponsor a full month, multiply the number of Thursdays in the month you choose by $90.00. Please assist us by your prayers and donations. Please make your tax deductible donation to "Heart to Heart." May God reward you, my brothers and sisters, for the assistance you give to keep this program on the air.

You may want to mark February 8, 1997, on your calendar. This date will provide you with a family night out. Our Lady of Calvary, on Knights Road in Philadelphia, is the location for a chastity dinner and dance. Refreshments, hot dogs, soda, coffee, etc. will be provided free of charge. You may want to make a donation that night before you leave. Music for the evening will be provided by, "Turning Point," the band which performs the "O Lumen," for this program. This is a great opportunity for your family to spend some quality time together in a safe environment. It will also allow pre-teens, teens and young adults to meet others who believe that chastity before marriage is important. Just a reminder about our other fund raising effort. We have a beautiful picture of the Blessed Mother and Pope John Paul II in a loving embrace. This picture is beautifully framed and glass covered. Everyone who sends in a donation will have their name entered into a drawing for this picture. The drawing will take place at the banquet.

Another endeavor we would like to undertake is to make home visitations within the Delaware Valley area. If you would like us to visit you or someone you know, please give us a call. Also, we could use some volunteers for various projects we would like to begin. If you have some time on your hands and would like to put that time at our Lord's disposal, drop us a line or give us a call. God rewards everything we do for Him and for our brothers and sisters in Him.
